Dear Visitor,

As the founder and managing partner of Herdon Law Firm, I firmly believe that modern legal services are not merely about isolated interpretation and application of the law, but also about understanding and supporting the client’s day-to-day operations.

My path to the legal profession was shaped early on by the experience gained from my own entrepreneurial ventures, which I started at a young age and later led to success. Through these previous business activities, I acquired first-hand knowledge of the expectations that a business is entitled to have of a legal service provider. For this reason, the operation of our firm is defined by in-house depth legal services, a project management-driven approach, and a one-stop service model. As managing partner, my aim is to ensure that these principles are consistently applied in our day-to-day case management.

The foundation of our professional work lies in thorough and high-level legal competence, which we often perform with academic rigour. The firm’s operations are supported by a team of experts that goes beyond the classical law firm structure. Our legal work is complemented by colleagues experienced in administrative processes, as well as professionals with expertise in finance, architecture, and information technology. This operational model enables us to deliver legal services within an integrated, multidisciplinary environment – particularly in complex areas such as real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, or the structuring of investment vehicles.

Our operations are built on a regional foundation, which means that the firm is not limited to one location, but through our nationwide and regional presence, we consciously develop a decentralised professional network based on local knowledge. Our head office is located in Debrecen, which is not only Hungary’s second largest city but also the economic and intellectual centre of the region. As a university city, it provides a strong academic background, and in recent decades it has become one of the fastest-growing economic hubs in the country. This growth is recognised internationally: in the fDi’s European Cities of the Future 2025 rankings, Debrecen placed 8th in the FDI Strategy category. This environment has enabled us to gain extensive practical experience in all sectors in which we provide legal support – from industry to real estate development to services. We apply this expertise not only regionally but also nationwide, adapting it to the market and legal environments of other regions as needed.

In our work, we often take a different approach: we have our own vision of how legal services can be elevated to a new level both in substance and in organisational terms. Our aim is not simply to follow or imitate market trends, but to create independent value based on our own vision and experience.
