Time-based billing – the most predictable solution
In our experience, time-based billing is the most favorable and fairest arrangement for our Clients in the long run. Our IT system enables precise, minute-by-minute tracking of the work performed, ensuring that fees always reflect the actual value of the services provided. Accordingly, when you contact us, our primary offer will almost always be based on an hourly rate structure.

Attorney’s fee for drafting a sale and purchase agreement, if the engagement is based on a percentage (%) fee structure:
Sale of an unencumbered property, self-financed with immediate payment: 0.35% of the purchase price (net), minimum HUF 120,000 (net)
Sale of an unencumbered property, self-financed with scheduled (multiple instalments) payment: 0.4% of the purchase price (net), minimum HUF 120,000 (net)
Sale of an unencumbered property with bank financing (particularly CSOK Plus, Otthon Start, or Új Falusi CSOK): 0.4% of the purchase price (net), minimum HUF 150,000 (net)
Transfer of an encumbered property, including discharge of encumbrances: 0.5% of the purchase price (net), minimum HUF 150,000 (net)
Sale involving the acquisition of ownership by a foreign individual: 1% of the purchase price (net), minimum HUF 300,000 (net)
Foreign language (English) translation: +0.2% compared to the above fees, minimum HUF 75,000 (net)
Attorney’s fee for drafting other property transfer agreements (gift, exchange, in-kind contribution), if the engagement is based on a percentage (%) fee structure:
Exchange agreement involving unencumbered properties: 0.35% of the combined market value of the exchanged properties (net), minimum HUF 180,000 (net)
Gift agreement for an unencumbered property: 0.35% of the market value (net), minimum HUF 120,000 (net)
Real estate in-kind contribution (apport) into a company (Bt., Kft., Zrt.): 0.25% of the market value (net), minimum HUF 120,000 (net) (plus company registration procedure fee)
Movable in-kind contribution (apport) into a company (Bt., Kft., Zrt.): 0.25% of the market value (net), minimum HUF 50,000 (net) (plus company registration procedure fee)
Attorney’s fee for drafting a sale and purchase agreement, if the engagement is based on a fixed (lump-sum) fee structure:
Sale of an unencumbered property with bank financing (particularly CSOK Plus, Otthon Start, or Új Falusi CSOK):
– HUF 175,000 (net) lump-sum fee for properties up to HUF 60,000,000 gross market value
– HUF 250,000 (net) lump-sum fee for properties up to HUF 100,000,000 gross market value
Company formation and amendments (for straightforward cases, based on market practice):
Formation of a limited partnership (Bt.): HUF 60,000 (net)
Formation of a general partnership (Kkt.): HUF 60,000 (net)
Formation of a limited liability company (Kft.): HUF 60,000 (net)
Formation of a private limited company (Zrt.): HUF 150,000 (net)
Company amendment (simple, any form): HUF 35,000 – 100,000 (net)
Company amendment (complex, any form): from HUF 100,000 (net)
General hourly rates – HUF 35,000–50,000 (net)
Factors influencing hourly fees: working language (Hungarian, English, or both), deadline for performance, complexity of the case, representation before an authority or court, need for countersigning, existence of prior engagements.
We most often apply hourly billing in cases such as:
Representation of the seller in a property sale
Providing a second opinion for the buyer in a property sale
Reviewing contracts and legal statements
Drafting certain agreements (e.g., lease, mandate, construction, loan, suretyship, guarantee, syndicate, option, usage agreements, employment contracts, and other labour law agreements)
Oral (in-person or online) consultations or written legal opinions
